Frequently Asked Questions

Below you will find a compilation of the most common questions I've been asked about coaching and the services I provide. If you still have questions after reading through the FAQ's, please send me an email and I will get back to you soon.

What does a Coach actually do?

As your coach, asking the right questions is the key to helping you reach your goal or overcome a challenge. Your answers will uncover what you really want, what obstacles might be in your way and how we can navigate past them to get results.

What is the difference between a Coach and a Therapist?

A Coach helps you identify challenges and goals and partners with you to turn them in to victories. Progress is fast and empowering.
A Therapist provides professional guidelines to help you on to a path of healing. Progress takes time.

How do I know if you can help me?

I offer a free one hour consultation to see if we're a good fit. In that time, I will ask you questions about what you want and I will outline for you the way in which we can work together to achieve results. This consultation also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you have.

How long is your coaching program and how much does it cost?

I offer several program options. At the end of our consultation, we will review which program best suits your needs.

Do you work "one on one" or in groups?

I mostly work "one on one", but when there is a request for a group program, that is something I can accommodate.

Are your sessions remote or in person?

All sessions are currently remote. I prefer Zoom, but offer other audio or video platforms as well (FaceTime, What's App, etc.)

Do you work with all genders and age groups?

Challenges are not exclusive to any one gender or age group, so my practice is open to people of all ages.
