It's about curiosity and not judgment.
I will ask you questions, some of which you've probably never been asked before. And you will
ask me questions. Communication is a two-way street and it is how partnerships succeed.
Your answers and your questions are what allow me to know who you are, how you feel, what
drives you, and what derails you.
Your words and insights, values, and priorities help us understand what needs changing and
at what pace.
Once we understand where you are and where you want to be, the work of transitioning begins.

We continue by establishing small action steps to start moving you forward.
